Jeremiah Cha is a Ph.D. Candidate in the Department of Government. He is broadly interested in American political institutions with a particular focus in democratic representation, legislative organization and political development. His current research agenda involves minority candidate emergence, the development of direct primary elections, Congressional committee politics.
