Ruofan Ma
Ph.D. Student in Government
Ruofan Ma is a PhD student in the Department of Government at Harvard University. He is also a graduate affiliate at the Institute for Quantitative Social Science and the Weatherhead Center. His research interests include human rights, labor rights, and international organizations. Using machine learning and network analysis, his dissertation focuses on how the information network across IOs promotes international human rights and labor rights standards. He has been a TF for Gov1740 (International Institutions and International Laws) and Gov2002 (Advanced Quantitative Methods).
