Avishay Ben Sasson-Gordis
Lecturer on Government

I am a Ph.D. candidate at the Harvard University Department of Government where I study political theory and international relations. My current project is a normative theory of democratic civil-military relations. This is part of my broader interest in the political theory of political institutions.
I am a research fellow at the Berl Katznelson Foundation and at Molad: the Center for the Renewal of Israeli Democracy. I publish research and opinion pieces in Hebrew and English on a variety of issues, mostly in the area of Israeli politics and national security.
